Sports & Recreation

Sports & Recreation programs help develop physical fitness, reduce stress and promote a positive use of leisure time, appreciation for the environment and interpersonal skills.  

Sports: The Club provides basketball and flag football leagues as well as drop-in soccer, floor hockey, volleyball, dodgeball, handball, and golf programs with an emphasis on teamwork, fairplay, and sportsmanship.  Recreational activities such as pool, ping pong, board games, outdoor games, and tournaments provide positive fun outlets for youth while teaching skills, confidence, and fairplay.

80% of Club alumni said the Club had a positive impact on their attitude toward fitness and health.  According to a Harris study.

Triple Play is a comprehensive health and wellness program.  It strives to improve the overall health of Club members of all ages by increasing daily physical activity, teaching them about good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships.
