As Youth Development Professionals we are responsible for planning and implementing diverse programs that cater to the needs and interests of young individuals, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.  We provide mentorship, guidance, and positive role modeling to help youth navigate challenges, build self-esteem, and develop crucial life skills.  This includes offering academic support, facilitating character and leadership development, and engaging youth in community service projects.  We collaborate with families and schools, ensuring a holistic approach to each individual’s development and actively intervening in crisis situations when needed.  Overall, our role is pivotal in creating a safe, supportive space where young people can thrive and reach their full potential.
