Preparing Teens to Lead, Succeed, and Build Great Futures

The teen years are a time of growth, discovery, and important decisions about the future.  Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley, provides teens a third space to connect with friends, build leadership skills, explore career pathways, serve their community, and develop the confidence needed to succeed in school, work, and life in a supportive, safe, stress-free environment.  Specific recreation, sports, field trips, life skills, and academic support address the needs and interests of today’s teens.

Led by a dedicated Teen Director and staff, teens build leadership skills, explore career pathways, serve their community, and prepare for what’s next.

Today’s teens are preparing for a rapidly changing world. Success requires more than academic achievement. It requires leadership, communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to new opportunities and challenges.

Our teen programs help young people develop these essential skills while providing opportunities to contribute to their Club, their community, and their future.

Competition, Teamwork, and Skill Development

The Teen Basketball Division gives teens an opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence, and compete as part of a team.

Running from winter through spring, the program combines quality practices with a competitive league where players can put their skills into action. Whether they are new to the game or have years of experience, teens can develop their abilities while strengthening teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.

Through practices and league play, teens gain valuable experience both on and off the court while staying active and connected to their peers.
