We’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Kahlia, a remarkable 7th-grader who’s making waves at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley. Kahlia wears many hats and excels in each of them. She’s not only a team manager for the flag football squad but also has her sights set on becoming a manager for the basketball team. In addition, she’s a vital part of the cheer squad, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the games.
But Kahlia’s talents extend beyond the field and court. She’s passionate about volleyball and possesses a creative flair as an avid artist. One of her favorite activities at the Club is engaging with our dedicated staff, creating bonds and sharing her thoughts and experiences.
When asked about her experience at the Boys & Girls Club, Kahlia shared, “The Club helps me focus and learn to manage money better. It’s a place to have fun, learn, and make new friends.” Kahlia embodies the spirit of our mission to inspire and enable youth to reach their full potential, and we’re proud to have her as a part of our Club family.
